How It Works:

• Must be your first purchase of the specific product
• Minimum 2 weeks of consistent use required from shipment date
• Full refund issued to original payment method (shipping costs excluded)

Guarantee Limitations

To ensure fairness for all customers and prevent misuse:

• Product Limit: Maximum of 3 individual products covered per 12-month period
• Multiple Items: If you purchase multiple units of the same product, only one unit is eligible for refund; remaining items may receive store credit
• Bundle Orders: Bundles with more than 3 products are limited to refunds on the 3 highest-priced eligible items, minus applicable bundle discounts
• Wholesale Orders: Business/resale orders are not eligible for refunds

Return Policy
