Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if your product is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us for a full refund within our 30 day Money-Back guarantee and you can keep the item.

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Items eligible for return must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at help.manform@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail it to the return address we will share with you in our confirmation email.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to return your item.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect size or color), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be faulty or damaged.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • The item must show no signs of wear or use.

 

Exchanges

If your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
